2 Arrests -$40,000 in Property Recovered

Boone County Sheriff Mike Moore reports that on the 16th day of March his Deputies responded to a reported Residential Burglary just North of Harrison.  Upon their arrival, Deputies learned that approximately $50,000 worth of firearms, jewelry and coins had been stolen. 

The following day, Boone County Investigators and Arkansas Community Correction officers followed up on a lead at the Bryan Knight residence in Bellefonte where they located two stolen firearms from this case.  Knight is a registered Sex Offender and is currently on Parole. 

Bryan Knight and his wife, Lori Knight were arrested and brought to the Boone County Jail.  During the course of the investigation, it was learned that most of the stolen property had been taken to an abandoned home in Boone County where Investigators recovered a part of the reported stolen property totaling approximately $40,000 in value. 

Bryan Knight, age 39 of Harrison has been charged with Residential Burglary Class ‘B’ Felony, Theft of Property Class ‘B’ Felony and Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons Class ‘D’ Felony with bond set at $50,000. Lori Knight, age 49 of Harrison has been charged with Residential Burglary Class ‘B’ Felony and Theft of Property Class ‘B’ Felony with bond set at $10,000.  Both Knights are currently incarcerated in the Boone County Jail.
