PURSUIT on June 28, 2017

On the 28th day of June 2017, Deputies with the Boone County Sheriff’s Office attempted to stop a vehicle for traffic violations in the City of Harrison.  The driver identified as Brandon Hale (37 of Fayetteville) failed to stop for Deputies and fled in his vehicle.  During the pursuit, speeds reached in excess of 90 miles per hour traveling down multiple county roads.  Arkansas State Police and Boone County Deputies deployed spike strips in Northern Boone County where Hale stopped and was subsequently taken into custody.  Numerous drug related items were recovered from within the vehicle and Hale has been charged with Fleeing by Means of Vehicle, Possession of Methamphetamines with Purpose to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Resisting Arrest and numerous traffic related violations.  He is currently incarcerated in the Boone County Jail with bond set at $15,000 cash only.
