Sheriff Roy Martin reports that at approximately 8:30PM on Sept 18th a motorcyclist fled from a Boone County officer attempting to stop him.  The chase, which led down a county road for approximately a mile and half to a residence, led the officer to discover that the suspect, identified as 29 year old, Robert Culver, Jr. of Omaha, had fled with his 3 year old child on the motorcycle.  Culver crashed his motorcycle at the residence causing minor injuries to the child.  Culver was taken into custody and charged with felony fleeing and endangering the welfare of a minor 1st degree.  EMS responded to the scene and examined the child which was released to the mother.  Culver is currently in the Boone County Jail on a $25,000.00 cash only bond.
